Refurbishment Update
Images of new bathrooms. Upgrades are of course an ongoing part of ther management of all units however redoing kitchens and bathrooms have to be done at a pace that can be budgeted for. In due course every unit gets its turn and the high standards that owners expect are thus maintained. All new bathrooms look like these bathrooms from 2A.
These new images show some recent changes to the bathroom at 2A (2 Avoca). In our News / Blog updates we will keep owners aware of these upgrades.
There are 15 bathrooms in total, 13 have now been upgraded, only 2 more to be upgraded, both in Avoca 3 (hopefully this year).
